He threw me out.

Of everything—his life, his house, his family.

He thought I wanted nothing more than his fame, wealth, and notoriety. Especially his wealth.

What more can I say…

I thought he knew me. The real me.

I was wrong.

I knew there was a reason I didn’t date. It’s time for me to protect my heart from the famous Holt Hill. He didn’t fight for me before. He gave up…pretty damn easy, in my opinion.

I can only hope for the same treatment this time. Because, trust me, SO much more is at stake.
